We don't even collect anonymous gameplay data unless you opt in to our playtests, in which, we will collect anonymous gameplay data to better improve our games. Our games integrate and communicate with the respective platforms that distribute them (such as Steam) for the purpose of providing in-game features such as leaderboard integration and cloud saves.
We also have a newsletter which retains an email and can be signed up on our website (and can be unsubscribed from at anytime).
What do we use your information for? We collect anonymous gameplay data to enable us to make gameplay balancing decision as well as errors that occur during gameplay to be able to quickly be notified of any widespread critical bugs in our games. Our games integrate and communicate with the respective platforms that distribute them (such as Steam) for the purpose of providing in-game features such as leaderboard integration and cloud saves.
Our newsletter serves the purpose of notifying when major game releases come out, information about WizHat Games and other good news.
How do we protect your information? We avoid collecting any personal data and the data we do collect is kept only as long as necessary for the purposes outlined above.
Do we use cookies? Nope.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties? Nope, however, we may be compelled to share what data we have when required by law.

How do we Access and Control Your Personal Data To the best of our knowledge, we do not store any personal data or have the ability to de-anonymise the data we do collect so there is nothing to delete. Our website does have a newsletter which you can unsubscribe using the opt-out link on the bottom of the email.
Where we Store and Process Personal Data; International Transfers Data collected by WizHat Games may be stored and processed in Australia or in any other country where WizHat Games or its affiliates, subsidiaries or service providers maintain facilities. The storage location(s) are chosen in order to operate efficiently, to improve performance, and to create redundancies in order to protect the data in the event of an outage or other problem. We take steps to ensure that the data we collect is processed according to the provisions of this Policy, and the requirements of applicable law wherever the data is located.
Data Retention For our anonymous gameplay and error reporting services, data is rotated out based on how fast it comes in.
